Job Overview

We are seeking a Pilot Plant Operator to oversee pilot trials while ensuring quality and equipment cleanliness. This role involves collaboration with R&D teams and adherence to safety and quality standards at a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour.

What Youâ ll Do

Conduct pilot trials according to established schedules

Monitor and maintain raw material quality

Ensure cleanliness and safety of pilot plant equipment

Record and report any discrepancies during trials

Coordinate with R&D teams for timely supply of necessary materials

What Weâ re Looking For

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to follow protocols strictly

Experience in pilot plant operations

Knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, GMP)
