R&D Electrical/Electronics Engineer

Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for selection, design, and development of electro-mechanical, and control systems for existing and future product categories. Duties: apply scientific principles in the selection and optimization of integrated electromechanical sub assembly based on trends and customer needs; participate in ideation, product, and process development needs; use best practices to document all experimental work; plan and manage activities to meet the target milestones; support New Product Development and Manufacturing as needed; keep up to date on relevant technology developments and recommend how to leverage them.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering, with research involving electro-mechanical systems. 2 years experience with electronic and electromechanics component design; PCB design and layout; programming; and translating concepts into prototypes and products.

RATE OF PAY: $98,000-103,000 per year

WORK CONDITIONS: Full time, 40 hours per week
