Responsibilities:
Assist the Administrator with Accounts Receivables and other office administrative functions
Assist the Bookkeeper in all aspects of payroll
Responsible for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Payroll day-to-day functions
Maintain rapport with all personnel in the facility
Requirements:
High School degree or GED required
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience to include: A/R, A/P and payroll
Must have Insurance Billing for Medicare and Medicaid experience
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of general office practices
Full-time
