MetroNational is transforming its digital experience for our residents, tenants, visitors, and employees. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing various platforms, including digital experience, CRM, and integrating systems into a unified client digital experience. This role requires a strong background in product delivery and experience with SaaS platforms. Experience with CRM systems is a bonus. The candidate should have at least 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and enhance digital experience platforms to improve user engagement and satisfaction through research, intuitive design, and user testing.

· Create seamless unified client digital experiences for customers and employees through integrating various platforms.

· Implement, integrate, roll out, and manage new CRM, intranet, and other future digital platforms.

· Conduct market research and analyze feedback to inform product development decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between technology and business groups to ensure seamless product delivery, alignment, and effective communication.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in product development and SaaS platforms.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development and integration.Requirements:

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree, advance degree a plus.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably with SaaS platforms.

Experience with CRM systems or Real Estate and Property Management industry is a plus.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, intranets and CRM systems.

Proven track record in managing products from conception to launch.

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and an innovative approach.

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in product development and SaaS platforms.

Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, JSON, and related technologies.

Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with technology professionals, vendors and business stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
