Job Description

BME Fire Trucks is seeking an experienced IT Technician. We are a locally owned Fire Truck manufacturer in Boise, Idaho. BME manufactures wildland fire apparatus used in the US and Canada for wildland fire suppression. Be a part of something that makes a difference in saving lives, homes, and our amazing recreational areas. As IT Technician, you will support our Engineering Team with new and existing technology and troubleshooting when solving any IT-related issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Manage existing software licenses

· Coordinate with relevant departments for software updates

· Manage file workflows and naming conventions in CAD vault

· Monitor automatic file generation and distribution

· Manage and improve online company apps, including interdepartmental communication workflows and user interfaces

· Troubleshoot software issues (on-demand) and document solutions

· Communicate with software vendors and external services

· Create and manage user profiles and permissions in CAD vaultRequirements:

Qualifications

· Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and scope of project

· Ability to communicate clearly and cordially with coworkers while troubleshooting

· Cool under pressure

· SWPDM (2 years’ experience ideal)

· Radan/RadBend (1 years’ experience ideal)

· AccurPress Vision

· Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)

· Adobe Acrobat
