We Offer:

Salary Range: $46,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year

The Client Support Administrator will provide day-to-day support to our Clients and Business Development team by:

Provide day to day customer support and updates

Serve as liaison and/or point of contact for internal customer related inquiries

Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and invoicing for Customers and Suppliers

Utilizing and compiling data analytics and forecasting for customer accounts as required

Be main point of contact for the Business Development team

Supporting Business Development team with administrative tasks associated with obtaining new business and current business growth

Assist where needed with CRM activities, including data entry and lead generating/prospecting activities

To be successful in this role you will need:

Intermediate to proficient with Excel and having the ability to professionally prepare and present client data (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts/graphs)

Proficient in Teams, Word, and PowerPoint

Organization and the ability to work independently

Problem solving skills and confidence in your decision making

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure appropriate communication both internally and externally

Qualifications Required:

High School diploma

1+ years business to business sales/customer service and/or administrative support experience

Proficient in analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports

The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
