JOB OVERVIEW:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for parks, conservation, and team development? We're seeking a Parks and Fleet Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and improvement of park sites, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and conservation areas managed by the Conservation District. This vital role involves hands-on leadership, project coordination, and daily management to ensure our parks remain safe, functional, and welcoming for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in planning, organizing, assigning, and reviewing the work of a large team engaged in a variety of maintenance and operational management tasks. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in recreation and park management, or a related field in the profession; a minimum of five (5) years related experience in progressively responsible parks and grounds maintenance experience and three (3) years of supervisor experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

CLOSING DATE: 6/04/2025

SALARY: $72,334-$90,418 (DOQ)
