The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and automation, with proficiency in Tableau, Google Sheets, JavaScript, and Python. As a System Developer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring efficient system configurations, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Utilize Tableau and Google Sheets to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create insightful visualizations to support sales strategies and decision-making processes.

System Integration and Automation:

Develop and maintain automated workflows using JavaScript and Python to integrate various systems and streamline sales operations processes, including lead management, quoting, and contract generation.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in system engineering, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.

Proficiency in Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python, with experience in automation and scripting.

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
