Join Learfield’s Brand Strategy team as a key creative player in our Sports Properties organization. We're seeking a Graphic Designer who will design creative elements for various sales materials. This role will focus on designing custom elements within decks, as well as pulling together all visual elements for templated presentations and other visually-driven sales marketing pieces. The ideal candidate is someone with a broad range of design skills who is looking to learn quickly, and enjoys the fast-paced environment of college athletics sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sports Properties, Brand Strategists and Insights team to design various graphics for sales materials
Design within templated materials that reflect the college athletics brand associated with the sponsorship pitch
Create compelling mockups that showcase the brand sponsor in the center of college athletics
Visualize data through infographic design, and other multimedia elements
Organize and structure sales materials content for clarity and coherence
Revise designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results
Provide production assistance for various graphics needs across the team
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (or related field)
Master of Adobe Creative Suite programs Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Dynamic portfolio that showcases an understanding of design principals and brand execution
2+ years of design experience in multiple media formats
Ability to conceptualize and produce designs quickly
Ability to understand and execute revisions to designs
Nice to Have:
Mockup design experience
Data visualization design experience
Experience working in sales and/or sales marketing teams
Knowledge of college athletics, live entertainment, or similar industries
