GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
We're seeking passionate individuals to lead our dynamic Substance Abuse and Mental Health group psychotherapy sessions as we expand our impactful recovery program. This is your opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
As a group facilitator, you'll guide therapeutic sessions designed to inspire, motivate, and create meaningful change in a supportive environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our clients' healing journeys.

Morning Intensive Outpatient Program: Lead transformative sessions from 9am-12pm
Evening Intensive Outpatient Program: Guide healing conversations from 5:45pm-8:45pm

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Transform Lives Through Evidence-Based Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions using proven therapeutic approaches that create real change for our clients;
Create Meaningful Documentation: Thoughtfully track attendance and progress, providing insights that enhance each client's recovery journey;
Master the Art of Clinical Documentation: Complete thorough, comprehensive documentation of group session and individual client responses within 24 hours that meets all compliance standards while ensuring seamless billing practices and proper procedures;
Uphold Professional Excellence: Embody our Code of Conduct and Fairland Recovery Center's core philosophy while serving as an inspiring example for clients and colleagues;
Foster a Supportive Community: Contribute your unique strengths to our collaborative team environment, creating positive interactions that enhance our collective impact;

REQUIREMENTS:
Hold an Associate's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, healthcare, or any field that supports recovery from substance use and mental health challenges
For those with lived experience: Minimum two years of continuous sobriety/recovery and/or stability in dealing with any mental health diagnosis
Possess relevant knowledge, skills, or training that will positively contribute to our client's' healing journeys
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable in an environment where over-communication is needed
Exceptional communication and follow through skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work professionally
Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws regarding healthcare treatment
Part-time
