Manage a sophisticated inventory of spare parts, ensuring operational readiness.

Commit to rigorous housekeeping standards to maintain pristine work environments.

Craft comprehensive training programs, empowering team members with vital skills in maintenance and operations.

Adhere to industry regulations (CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs), safeguarding quality and compliance.

Champion procedural enhancements by revising and reviewing SOPs.

Dive deep into troubleshooting, employing methodical approaches to uncover and address root causes.

Oversee daily task distributions, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficiency.

Coordinate seamlessly with external contractors, guiding them to amplify workforce contributions.

Spearhead cross-team initiatives to elevate equipment reliability and performance.

Embody health, safety, and lean principles, showing leadership in every task. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, with over eight years of relevant experience.

Strong track record in Utility Operations, Process Equipment Maintenance, or similar fields.

Proficient communication and problem-solving skills.

Well-versed in Systems and Resource Management.

Advanced computer skills. Eligibility Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).

Must be 18 years of age or older.
