Description of the role:
The Sales Manager at Kansas City Hyundai will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and promote customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
Lead a team of sales representatives through training, coaching, and performance management
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
