Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, keeping all documents, bills, invoices, and computer programs current. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and computers
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work duties.

5 + years working in an office using all the skills below
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Accounting skills
Human Resource skills
Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Proficiency in Accounting Program
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Payroll/Timekeeping Program
Working knowledge of office equipment
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Maintain the company calendar
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Print out company reports as needed.
Maintain an organized filing system
Update, and maintain relevant office procedures
