Reid & Associates Interim Leadership Team is working with a Critical Access Hospital to identify an Interim Director of Med Surg and ER for oversite of both smaller departments.

About the Hospital: This 26 bed not for profit hospital has long been a standard of excellence and quality care.

About the Role: A Transformational leader who can develop and mentor and support a up and coming manager while bringing consistency to volumes and partnering with physicians and building a team.

Contract: This is a 3-6-month contract role that will include a travel allowance, rental car and housing allowance.
