Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to support our agency's growth and retention efforts. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, confirming information, offering insurance quotes, assisting with overdue payment follow-ups, and scheduling renewal appointments for the agent. This is also a great entry level position in the insurance industry and will have growth opportunities. This position holds an hourly pay plus monthly bonuses on successful activity in the agency.

Responsibilities

Call leads

Handle incoming calls for quotes

Text leads

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

This is not a remote position

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Must enjoy talking to people and be confident on the phone

Excelleng phone etiquette and be able to multi-task multiple screens at once

Create relationships from a cold start.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Must have reliable transportation and preferably line in or near Fort Worth, NRH, Haltom Area

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required within 90 days (assistance in obtaining is offered)
