As a Life Enrichment Aide, you’ll play a vital role in helping plan and deliver activities that enrich our residents’ lives. You will:

Help coordinate and lead fun, engaging activities and programs.

Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage participation.

Support residents in crafts, hobbies, games, and social events.

Assist with care planning and documentation to ensure the best possible experience for each resident.

Collaborate with other departments to create a warm, vibrant community environment.

Bring joy, laughter, and a sense of purpose to those who call Greencroft home.

What We’re Looking For:

A heart for service and a passion for working with older adults.

High school diploma or equivalent.

CNA license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

A valid driver’s license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn—we provide on-the-job training!
