We seek a skilled and solutions-driven Web Developer to join our Development Team. This position plays a vital role in building, maintaining, and improving client websites. Primary Job Functions:The Web Developer role is responsible for building and maintaining client websites. The department focuses on leveraging individual strengths. While most projects involve backend development for internal pages, CSS for homepages, DNS and database management for launches, and ongoing maintenance tasks, each portion has a dedicated team to handle that section. Our projects are primarily built on the WordPress platform, requiring proficiency in HTML, CSS, Google Services, and APIs.

Acquire correct and timely financial statements, financial intake paperwork, and other items as directed by the Coach, Support Team Leader, or written processes.

Create, edit, and complete call summaries according to the written procedure.

Create a financial PDF and send it to the client promptly as per the written procedure

Use CRM to track all outbound and inbound correspondence with clients.

Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation.

Develop and implement backend solutions for internal pages.

Style homepages based off designs created by our Design Department using CSS, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional.

Manage DNS and database tasks for website launches.

Perform ongoing maintenance tasks, including adding content or modules and troubleshooting existing issues

Collaborate with Build Specialists and other team members to ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines.

Utilize WordPress and its environment to build and maintain websites.

Work with Google Services and APIs for enhanced website functionality.

Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and changes.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.

Reports to: Lead Developer

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, some weeknights and some weekends required based on seasonality.

Pay Rate: $27.00 to $35.00 an hour, depending on experience
