Location: Poway, CA

Schedule: 6AM–2:30PM

Pay:$30–$40/hour

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector on behalf of a leading manufacturer of fabricated assemblies and complex precision parts used across a wide range of industries, from medical devices and energy systems to defense and transportation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing first article inspections (FAIR) and completing AS9102 or customer-specific documentation.

Conducting in-process, first/last piece, and final inspections using tools like micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, and CMM.

Reviewing and supporting PPAP documentation, control plans, and inspection reports as needed for customers in regulated industries.

Managing incoming material inspections with counterfeit prevention protocols in place.

Executing final inspections and verifying shipments meet customer and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, or others depending on product).

Participating in internal audits and assisting with corrective action follow-up.

Logging inspection data in ERP systems and maintaining accurate records.

Working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to solve quality-related issues.

What You Need to Bring:

Solid background in mechanical inspection in a precision manufacturing environment (aerospace, medical, defense, etc.).

Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality standards.

Strong skills with inspection equipment and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints.

Experience working with ERP or MRP systems.

A team-focused attitude—you’re coachable, curious, and serious about quality.

U.S. Person status required (ITAR-compliant facility).
