They're based in Wichita, KS and serve producers across the Midwest who are working hard to do right by their land, their crops, and their communities.

Good Works Talent is leading the search for an Accounting and Inventory Manager--the operational engine of the company. You'll own the daily flows that make the business run smoothly—from paying vendors and managing expenses, to syncing systems and tracking inventory. If you like being the person who keeps everything moving, solves problems before they start, and creates structure where it's needed most—this is your role.

What You'll Own:

Bill Pay and Expense Management: Manage vendor payments, track payables, verify categorizations in QuickBooks Online, and run weekly payment cycles with precision.

Inventory Forecasting and Restocking: Maintain and improve spreadsheet-based tracking systems to monitor raw materials and inventory needs; work with the founder to determine when and what to reorder.

System Integration: Connect QuickBooks, Zoho Inventory, and spreadsheets into a cohesive flow; troubleshoot gaps or mismatches and recommend process improvements.

Process Execution: Convert verbal guidance into workflows, documentation, or tools. Take action independently, and escalate only when needed.

Operational Support: Support the founder with special projects, cross-functional reporting, and custom Excel or Zoho-based tools to keep operations running efficiently.

What Makes This Role Different:

You'll report directly to the founder and work alongside a fractional CFO.

You'll get to build structure, but also do the work daily.

This is not a strategic finance role—it's an execution-heavy position where precision, ownership, and follow-through are everything.

What You Bring:

3+ years in AP/AR, inventory management, or accounting operations

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and ideally Zoho Inventory or similar tools

Comfort managing multiple flows across systems

You like process—but even more, you like when process actually works

Location: On-site in Wichita, KS (this role requires direct coordination with physical inventory and the founder)
