WE ARE HIRING for a Construction Assistant.

A-1 Pumping and Excavating is seeking a dedicated Construction Assistant to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with installation, repair and maintenance of septic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and repair septic systems.

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)

Able to obtain a CDL if hired.

Some experience in construction preferred. Dirt work, landscaping or pipe installation a plus.

Being able to stand and work for extended time, work will be outdoors.

A team player attitude.

Benefits:

Competitive pay starting at $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Depending on experience
