Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception and Front Desk:

Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and handle phone inquiries professionally.

Maintain a tidy, clean and organized office.

2. Administrative Support:

Assist in managing patient records and files with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

Coordinate billing and insurance claims processing, ensuring accurate documentation.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

3. Chiropractic Assistance:

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked for patient appointments.

Support chiropractors and other health care providers during patient examinations and treatments as needed.

4. Patient Communication:

Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding appointments, and procedures.

Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).

A compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKER PREFERRED
