General Laborer

Job Description

Radiance LLC is looking to fill multiple general laborer positions. In this role you will primarily be working on houses, doing remodel work as well as repairs. We do everything from the floor up. In addition you will be responsible for other miscellaneous jobs such as furniture assemblies, minor landscaping work, pressure washing, and junk removals/haul aways. We also offer a variety of moving & relocation services, both local and nationwide. Experience is not required. We are willing to train for all positions. For the time being, the scope of work will vary quite a bit day to day. However, the goal with hiring is to create more defined and consistent employee roles. This makes for an amazing opportunity to move up quickly within the business! We have a very simple scheduling system, that allows you to create your own schedule, work as many or as few hours as you’d like, as well as take off as needed, with no limit. Our starting pay is competitive with the current market, however we raise rates monthly based on performance. Our expectations are very fair. We expect everyone to show up on time when scheduled, and put forth their best efforts on the job or during training. We provide all the tools necessary, but do offer a pay increase for anyone employees who provide their own.
