Construction Surveyor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of surveying experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. This role requires expertise in land surveying, construction layout, and precision measurements to support various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys and construction staking to ensure accurate project execution.

Utilize surveying instruments and software to collect and analyze data.

Interpret and verify engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

Establish elevation points, boundary lines, and reference markers for construction crews.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Maintain accurate survey records and reports.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction surveying.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proficiency in Leica surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, etc.).

Strong knowledge of construction plans, grading, and site layouts.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
