Job Description

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Newburyport, MA

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Shifts & Rates:

1st Shift: Approx. 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Up to $21.50/hr

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri) $19.50 – $22.00/hr + 10% shift differential

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sun–Thurs) $19.50 – $21.50/hr + 20% shift differential

Responsibilities:

Operate microelectronics assembly equipment per work instructions

Use microscopes and hand tools to inspect and assemble delicate components

Process semiconductor wafers, die, and chips according to military/JEDEC standards

Maintain cleanroom standards while working in Bunny Suit attire

Follow SOPs and record production data accurately

Adhere to safety and quality guidelines in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Reliable transportation to Newburyport, MA

Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing a Bunny Suit

Previous experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, or manual assembly is a plus
