Job Description
At Employee Force Provider, we’re not looking for someone to chase resumes.
We’re looking for someone who understands the deeper game: matching people with opportunity, building trust at scale, and doing hard things well.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Sourcing and placing qualified candidates across a range of roles — from reviewing applications, to sourcing and placement, you will be an integral member of our branch.
Working closely with clients to understand what they really need, not just what they wrote in the job description.
Managing a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting desk with intention, focus, and follow-through.
Building systems. Building relationships. Building something that lasts.
What You Bring:
Experience in staffing or agency recruiting — preferably in light industrial, clerical, or professional roles.
A relentless work ethic and a calm mind.
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
The ability to think clearly under pressure and to move quickly without cutting corners.
What You’ll Get:
A team that values real effort, real integrity, and real results.
Competitive base pay + commission — no cap, no games.
Autonomy to work your desk like it’s your business.
Tools, support, and leadership that get out of your way and let you work.
This job is not for everyone. It’s for the kind of person who sees recruiting not just as a task, but as a craft. If that’s you — if you’re in it for more than just the check — let’s talk.Company Description
