Paul Miller's Landscaping, a local family-owned business, is seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee and participate in a variety of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading themselves and a small team of 1-2 people, ensuring high-quality work and efficient project completion. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and work alongside a small crew of 1-2 people on various landscaping projects.

* Install retaining walls and paver patios according to design specifications.

* Perform grading and excavation tasks using hand tools and machinery.

* Execute mulching and planting projects, ensuring proper techniques and plant health.

* Maintain a clean and organized job site.

* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment in good working order.

* Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

* Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in landscaping and hardscaping.

* Ability to lead and motivate a small team.

* Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.

* Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Valid driver's license.
