3rd shift Injection Molding Lead

Are you a hands-on leader with a sharp eye for quality and a passion for teamwork? We’re looking for a 3rd shift Injection Molding Lead to join our production team and ensure smooth, efficient operations on your shift.

Shift: 3rd shift (Monday-Friday)

Starting Rate: $18.00/Hr.

Essential Job Duties:

Support the Shift Supervisor in coordinating daily production activities.

Ensure all machines are staffed and running at shift start.

Train team members in:

Proper assembly techniques

Quality inspection procedures

Trimming and finishing processes

Packaging guidelines

Accurate counting methods

Production record keeping

Inspect parts and conduct lid fit tests to maintain quality standards.

Identify product issues and report equipment malfunctions promptly.

Accurately document production data, material changes, and output.

Recording production output and scrap data

Documenting material and color changes

Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.

Step in to cover Machine Operators during breaks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (English – written & verbal).

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Reliable attendance and team-first attitude.

Basic computer skills

Stand or sit for extended periods (8+ hrs).

Frequently lift 10–30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Reaching, stretching, and other physical activity throughout the shift.

Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
