Professional and Very Successful Commercial Cleaning Company looking for a Manager willing to work in the Denver Metro area.

You must be honest and reliable, have the ability to manage several locations, be physically able to complete/teach all cleaning tasks, able to manage staff at various locations and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also necessary as there are several sites that will be visited daily.

Duties to include:

Manage janitorial cleaning operations at various buildings/sites including inspection of completed work to ensure the quality of service provided meets or exceeds company standards and that resources are efficiently utilized.

Coordinate cleaning staff – create schedules, ensure adequate staffing, training and motivation of employees, provide instruction and supervision as needed, address all shortcomings/faults with employees and notify owners as necessary.

Act as liaison with clients to ensure there are no problems on site; communicate with office, staff and owners as needed. Will work with clients and owners in the acquisition of new accounts.

Conduct supply management, providing office with supply orders in a timely fashion, monitor equipment usage and repairs as needed, maintain safety standards.

Part-time
