Crest Lock Co. is a trusted provider of locksmith and security services, serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients with integrity and excellence. We're currently seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch locksmith technicians to service calls and installations.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors.
Monitor job progress and update customers with ETAs.
Maintain accurate records of all service requests, work orders, and job statuses.
Handle incoming calls and assist with basic customer service inquiries.
Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize urgent service calls.
Use dispatching software to manage workflow and optimize technician routes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Prior dispatching or scheduling experience (especially in a service industry) is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers and dispatch or scheduling software.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Knowledge of locksmith or security industry is helpful but not required.
