We’re looking for skilled Welder/ Fitters to join our busy and fast-growing fabrication shop. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Welder / Fitter

Location: Haskell, Ok

Type: Full-Time, 50 Hrs Plus

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

• Fit, tack, and weld metal components with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Operate welding and fabrication tools safely and efficiently (MIG, Flux Core etc.)

• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of welding/fitting experience in a fabrication or industrial setting

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and materials

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

• Welding Test - 3G 1/2" THK Plate Test
