Job Description

Cornerstone Professional Placement is seeking a Contracts & Pricing Associate to join a reputable client based in Fort Worth. This newly created position is a result of business growth and increased customer activity. The ideal candidate will work closely with AP/AR and handle high volumes of customer data within the ERP system. Job Title: Contracts & Pricing Associate

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 100% onsite

Compensation: $50–$60K/YR

Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain customer accounts within the ERP system

Manage and update pricing, product contracts, billing/shipping details, and health system memberships

Conduct routine pricing audits across 700+ active accounts to ensure accuracy

Process inventory usage logs to support commission calculations

Calculate and reconcile rebate and administrative fees for approx. 20 health system agreements

Ensure pricing consistency and integrity across accounts

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Statements, SUMIFS and text-based formulas

Data sorting/filtering and analysis

Ability to manage high-volume data in ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
