Period of Performance: Base Period: 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 Option Period 1: 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026 Option Period 2: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026 Option to Extend: 1 January 2027 – 30 June 2027
Start Date: July 1, 2025Additional: 1-Year experience working at the Installation Executive Level 2.4.8. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures. Must have Wing Process Augmentation Services & Event Coordination Support Services. (Experience must be shown on resume.)
Salary: $26.61- $31.54 per hour
Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance is required

Job Description
Duties of this role include:
The candidate shall deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Commander's Action
Group (CAG) to facilitate the efficient performance of the 11th Wing's operational mission. This
Support includes maintaining key personal rosters, strategically managing calendars, and monitoring tasks
systems, and facilitating effective communication between the Command Staff and its stakeholders.
Wing Process Augmentation Services.
The Candidate shall deliver an updated key personal roster and phone listing for the Wing and distribute quarterly or upon request.
Provide input and management to the strategic calendar upon request.
Monitors the CAG task system and executes administrative tasks associated with it, including accepting, assigning, monitoring due dates, and completing tasks.
Send tasks and task reminders via email and coordinate with CCE to ensure timely completion.
Collect organize, and compile data as necessary to recommend actions to the Command Staff Create memoranda for Command Team action when essential and coordinates signatures Manage organizational email distro lists assigned by the Command Team Communicate requirements and assign suspense to support the Commander and assigned program execution Develop and briefs slides on tasked projects’ status for leadership guidance and assist subordinate front offices in meeting the Commander’s update requirements.
Attend required training, meetings, and functions related to the prescribed unit programs. Inform staff and leadership as necessary on impacts to current processes, programs, or items that would otherwise need attention from the wing.
Event Coordination Support Services.
Develop and plan a wide range of events to include commander's calls, town halls, mission briefs, distinguished visitor visit prep packages, and local/state civic engagement prep packages
Collaborate with various base organizations, local government officials, and community leaders to ensure a successful Installation
Command Team engagements: Provide recommendations on event planning, strategic communication, and community engagement
Maintain awareness of key issues affecting the base, including force management, DAF policy implementation, and other relevant topics..
Communication Strategy Development and Implementation: Align efforts to communicate with the installation commander's policies and guidance
Develop and recommend strategies that support productivity, efficiency, employee morale and engagement, organizational responsiveness, and strengthening of mission partner relationships.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the organizational and functional responsibilities of an AF organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs and techniques to support office operations and produce documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
Skill in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolution, and developing action plans to solve problems.
Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts ·
Communicate effectively using tact and courtesy ·
Ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
1 year of experience working at the Installation Executive Level 2.4.8. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
