Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Indirect Collateral Tracking team at Huntington, your primary responsibilities will include:
Input titles received from multiple states:
Verifying that unit on title is the unit that customer purchased
Verifying that we have the correct customer (name & address) that was approved on the loan.
Inputting correct title information in system so that when loan is paid off customer received their title.
UCC Filings:
Update UCC Filings from iLien System to Hogan
New Accounts (New Account Research):
Review all loans that are booked without a title or lien filed the previous week.
Review that all docs received mirror what was input at funding.
Follow Ups:
Follow Up with title clerks until we have a completed title that mirrors the loan booked.
Initiate and field multiple calls to title clerks at Dealerships and State DMV’s to get any issues corrected.
Utilize State Websites to ensure that dealers/title clerks are provided the correct forms to complete title work to the best of their ability.
Utilize State Websites to ensure that title is completed per Huntington National Bank guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 or more years of work experience in a processing type function.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MS Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
Ability to multi-task
PC and internet proficiency
