Summary:

The Billing Systems Product Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate analysis billing to our customers, providing actionable revenue insights to our colleagues and serving as data steward for a large and complex amount of Treasury Management data. Working in conjunction with other team members, this role partners with the Treasury Management Product and Sales teams to implement new products, maintain accurate billing structures and monitor negotiated pricing discounts in a way that optimizes fee revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with the lead product manager to fully utilize the nuances of the Treasury Management billing system.

Develop and test new fees implemented for Treasury Management product upgrades.

Perform troubleshooting activities to identify issues and determine root causes.

Create operational procedures for products, services and systems.

Provide technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users.

Play a key role in the monthly account analysis statement and reporting processes.

Regularly assess and maintain essential business systems and user designed tools.

Work with other teams to develop and implement process efficiencies

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of business analysis experience.

Database knowledge and spreadsheet reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years’ cash management or payments industry experience.

Microsoft Access experience.

Agile Business System Analyst knowledge.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
