Business Analytics Lead

What is the position?

The Business Analytics Lead will work closely with teams and clients to provide strategic guidance on business processes and IT solutions, from identifying reporting and metric needs to optimizing existing systems and architecture. They will be responsible for demonstrating strong technical expertise, consulting skills, and oil and gas industry knowledge.

What are the responsibilities?

As a Business Analytics Lead, you will:

Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop tailored data solutions.

Analyze system and data requirements, ensuring effective integration strategies.

Create and maintain SQL-based reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Deliver high-quality work that aligns with internal standards and client expectations.

Act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor on business processes and IT capabilities.

What are the requirements?

2+ years of experience in IT or business roles

Oil & gas industry experience

Strong knowledge of E&P, Upstream, Midstream, and WLC operations

Familiarity with systems architecture, integration, and IT governance

SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or TIBCO skills are a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
