Infor ERP Developer/Administrator

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an Infor ERP Developer/Administrator to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

The primary focus of this position is managing the integration of Infor ERP Cloud solutions; experience working within Infor is critical. Essentially, Infor SaaS development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced in coordinating the integration of ERP modules across enterprise IT environments to ensure cohesive system operations.

Proficient in building, modifying, and managing automated business processes using Infor Process Automation (IPA).

Skilled in leveraging Infor Spreadsheet Designer and Excel to streamline data collection.

Practical experience in designing automation solutions using work objects, business classes, and file channels to support event-based processing.

Competent in incorporating JavaScript within IPA activities to facilitate ETL processes and integrations.

Successfully transitioned on-premise workflows to CloudSuite in supporting GHR and FMS.

Strong background in optimizing data accuracy, consistency, and availability across interconnected systems, particularly GL structures.

Designed and deployed automation routines for functions such as journal entry automation, user account provisioning, invoice updates, and integration with content management system interfaces.

Skilled at interpreting organizational needs and converting them into technical requirements.

Participated throughout the entire SDLC, including collecting business requirements, analysis, design, development, post-production maintenance, and documentation.

Background in administering patches and coordinating patching of Infor ERP; partnering with business stakeholders.

Well-versed in the administration of Infor CloudSuite v11 SaaS, supporting GHR and FSM.

Experienced in performing non-production Infor tenant refreshing and security controls of ERP solutions.

Familiar with the following systems, tools, and applications: Infor SaaS solution, Java Script, LPL language, Use of IONs, Use of IPAs, Replication Sets, and Business class modifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Infor Process Automation (IPA) - Create, update, and delete for automating complex business processes.

Utilizing Infor Spread Sheet designer and Excel to streamline data handling.

Creating automated processes using work objects, business classes, and file channels for event-driven trigger processes.

Performing IPA activity nodes with JavaScript coding for ETL interface integrations.

Converting existing on-premises processes flows to cloud Suite to support GHR and FMS.

Enhancing data quality and accessibility across various systems especially dealing with GL structures.

Writing process flows for various tasks including journal entry automation, user provisioning, invoice information updates, and content management system interfaces.

Identifying business needs and effectively translating them into technical specifications.

Participating in all phases of SDLC, including gathering business requirements, analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, post-production maintenance, and documentation.

As needed, managing and administering of Infor SaaS solution including Infor patching, tenant refresh, and security.

Pay rate: $45-$65/hour(W2)
