Job Description
Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Data Support Analyst for a 12 Month Contract. Three days on site (Mon, Tues, Wed) two days remote (Thur, Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure, desktop systems, software, and hardware.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
Communicating highly technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
Recommending hardware and software solutions, including system upgrades and new acquisitions.
Participating in development and execution of IT and infrastructure projects.
Conducting training programs to educate users on both basic and specialized applications.
Supporting short- and long-term IT solutions through modification, adaptation, and implementation of applications and infrastructure.
Cleaning and maintaining ERP Material Master data and correcting attributes to support business needs.
Reviewing system requirements and business processes, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing software solutions.
Creating, updating, and maintaining product master data systems under the guidance of a senior analyst, supervisor, or manager.
Administering Device Master Records (DMRs), Change Orders, and quality records in compliance with corporate procedures and FDA GMP.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support quality systems and business decisions.
Executing small projects to maintain accurate production and regulatory data in product master data tables.
Updating material master attributes manually or through production data requests, and performing pre- and post-load validations.
Analyzing data for accuracy, reviewing engineering documentation, and running test protocols for related IT projects.
Maintaining and updating procedures and documentation related to Material Master and product data.
Supporting variant configurator logic for item master, BOM structure, product structure, and international regulatory compliance.
Generating supporting data such as routings, UPNs, and regulatory attributes for seamless Order to Cash processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required; a degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a business environment.
Strong computer literacy, including internet usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience implementing business and IT processes to support Master Data.
Familiarity with Lean process development and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP and PLM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Agile is a plus.
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to UDI, ACE, PMA, and MDD is preferred.
Prior experience with variant configurators, BOM management, and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.Company Description
