CNC Programmer

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Pay Range - $29-$38/hr.

PWe are looking for a highly capable CNC Programmer with experience in CATIA and programming for 5-axis CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced machining processes and a keen eye for detail. Experience with HAAS machines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines using CATIA.

Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to develop accurate toolpaths.

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure efficient setups and processes.

Design and modify fixtures as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Troubleshoot machining issues and make program adjustments as necessary.

Ensure parts are produced within tolerance and quality standards.

Maintain clear documentation for programs, tooling, and setup instructions.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer.

Proficiency in CATIA (required).

Strong knowledge of 5-axis machining and multi-axis toolpath strategies.

Familiarity with HAAS machines (preferred).

Solid understanding of G-code, machining parameters, and cutting tool selection.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

Background in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision industries.

Experience with other CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX) is a plus.Company Description
