Key Responsibilities:

Prime Video is seeking a Software Development Engineer to enhance customer experiences through personalized marketing messages. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and scaling automated systems for global outreach to Prime Video customers. Project involvement covers coding, system improvements, and collaborating with teams to troubleshoot and debug, maintaining a strong relationship with our customers throughout their lifecycle.

Job Summary:

Develop monitoring solutions and implement fixes for internally developed code.

Perform SQL queries and contribute to system metrics and feature assessments.

Work alongside development teams on software projects to enhance current systems.

Automate support processes and document systems for clarity and efficiency.

Engage in daily team collaborations to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of experience in Java and SQL.

Proficiency in Data Structure & Algorithms

Experience in System Design
