Overall Purpose of the Role

Are you a highly skilled IT professional passionate about providing top-tier support and seamless technology experiences? International SOS Government Services is seeking an IT Site Lead to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the onsite expert responsible for delivering high-quality IT support services to our local operations teams and Executive Leadership. From troubleshooting PC and software issues to ensuring flawless executive meetings and managing IT assets, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our business moving smoothly.

What you'll do

Deliver expert end-user support for Windows/macOS devices, Microsoft 365, remote access, Citrix, and enterprise applications.

Provide white-glove executive IT support, ensuring high-priority issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.

Manage IT asset lifecycle — imaging, deploying, tracking, and decommissioning hardware.

Lead onsite IT coordination, from onboarding new hires to decommissioning departing employees.

Collaborate with Global IT teams, Service Desk, HR, and Facilities to support local and remote staff.

Perform datacenter tasks (cabling, rack & stack, hardware installation) as directed.

Document resolutions, update knowledge bases, and propose process improvements.

What you'll bring

5+ years of IT support experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Proven expertise in Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

Solid experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Experience providing executive or VIP-level IT support highly preferred.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and provide occasional off-hours or weekend support.

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent additional experience in a support lead role.

This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
