Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

Assist with event coordination for live events, trade shows, and experiential marketing campaigns to ensure smooth operations

Manage event setup, vendor coordination, and prepare event materials (signage, giveaways, etc.) to deliver seamless event execution

Engage with event attendees to boost brand visibility, foster positive customer experiences, and drive brand engagement

Develop and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, giveaways, and event signage to enhance event presence

Support pre-event and post-event logistics, such as outreach emails, follow-ups, and collecting feedback for future improvement

Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and gather audience insights to enhance future campaigns

Track and report on event performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback data

Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and on schedule Qualifications:
