JOB TITLE: Food & Beverage Assistant Manager
JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a professional individual who wants to move around and manage multiple locations within the property. Our goal is to grow sales and build repeat guest through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage activities across restaurants
Supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensuring compliance with service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control of food and beverages
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues promptly
Placing orders and maintaining stock
Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees by greeting them with a smile and positive attitude while responding quickly and efficiently to their requests.
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Keys, cash handing and inventory.
HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.

Requirements
AVAILABILITY:
• Must be available weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Supervisor/Management experience required
• Restaurant experience required
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Must be able to work in a team
• Perform duties quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to stand entire shift
• Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Simple arithmetic.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of food handling, supervisory experience, and customer service.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Clean, friendly, professional, organized, and self-motivated.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: Must have a valid driver license.
