Hybrid: Payroll Coordinator

IntePros is seeking a payroll Specialist to join our global pharmaceutical services client in Conshohocken, PA. This person is responsible for reconciling payroll batches and the manual check account. This role supports the payroll department with high-visibility, specialized projects, and handles a large volume of sensitive payroll and tax-related information accurately and confidentially for a specific group of associates.

Responsibilities:

Support key payroll and tax-related projects as assigned.

Compile, process, and input payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll.

Ensure data integrity in payroll systems through accurate data entry.

Administer payroll functions in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Audit and approve payroll transactions to ensure tax compliance and adherence to company policy.

Prepare manual payments with appropriate documentation to meet SOX compliance.

Interface with payroll and Kronos time-keeping systems for complete payroll processing.

Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, salary, and benefit information.

Research and resolve associate payroll inquiries promptly.

Ensure timely processing of assigned pay groups for centralized payroll runs.

Collaborate effectively with other HR Shared Services teams.

Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible payroll experience.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.

Proficient in payroll processing systems, preferably Workday.

Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and tax applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of audit processes and internal controls. #LI-ES1
