We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented L&D Coordinator to manage and support the delivery of in-person training sessions and conferences. This role will act as the main point of contact for project teams and will be responsible for logistical coordination, communications, and day-of support.

Pay: $30/HR
Responsibilities:
Act as point of contact for project teams, providing training delivery guidance and day-of support
Review documentation and ensure all systems align with session needs
Coordinate space bookings, material orders, catering, rosters, and security
Draft and send session communications, setup info, and facilitator memos
Support session setup and troubleshoot onsite or remotely as needed
Monitor team inbox, maintain project plans, and track expenses
Lead or co-facilitate kickoff calls and suggest process improvements
Collaborate closely with Space Management, L&D Coordinators, and internal teams Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in training, events, or project coordination
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and virtual collaboration tools
