Plastipak Control Roon Mechanics repair and maintain plastic injection and extrusion machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other production machines.

Shift: Days 6:30am-3pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $30/hr

As a Control Room Mecahnic you will:

Perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures

Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, & procedures

Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

To qualify to be a Control Room Mechanic, you'll need:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred

Able to read and interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Compressor experience perferred

Able to provide own tools (wrenches, screw drivers, sockets, ratchet sets, etc)
