Title:Program Manager (9-12 YOE)

Pay Range:$79.38-$113.40/Hrs

Description:

• Structure initiatives and project portfolios, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Work across multiple functions and entities to manage end-to-end project efforts.

• Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting and maintain program's RAID log.

• Run working groups to support successful program delivery.

• Provide updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.

• Drive data management projects and programs in a hybrid execution environment.

• Manage execution of key initiatives through the full project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and structure project initiatives and portfolios.

• Manage resources and budgeting across functions.

• Report on project and portfolio status regularly.

• Facilitate working groups to ensure program success.

• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

• Oversee data management projects and programs.

• Lead project life cycle from planning to delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in project management methodologies and reporting.

• Strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, and risk management.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to lead meetings and articulate key points clearly.

• Strong adaptability and prioritization skills.
