Responsibilities:
Assist with the Interview Process, participate in the interview process for potential team members.
Schedule Management, input schedule changes accurately into our system.
Distribute the Operations Schedule, ensuring department coverage at all times.
Timekeeping and Personnel Support, review and accept time clock discrepancies for the Operations Team.
Provide training and guidance to new and current employees.
Information Security, maintain the integrity and privacy of customer account-related information.
Communication and Meetings, conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate changes and new promotions.
Collect feedback to identify employee needs and areas for improvement.
Facility Management, ensure cleanliness and organization of the Reception and Operations area.
Enforce adherence to store policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance, maintain daily work quality standards.
Support team members in operational decisions such as check deposits, credit cards, and cash payments.
Delegation and Evaluation, delegate tasks to team members.
Perform ongoing evaluations for the Operations Team.
Store Support and Coordination, assist other stores with coverage as needed.
Provide support to Sales associates and Store Leaders for customer issues.
Financial Oversight, ensure the completion and balance of daily closing procedures.
Verify the accuracy of deposits and merchandise return documentation.
Reports and Documentation, run, review, and take necessary action on reports.
Follow up on MCRs, Refunds, open pickups, and MRR documents.
Equipment and IT Management, ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment and troubleshoot IT issues.
Place store orders as necessary.
Communication Handling, answer phone calls from internal and external customers professionally and promptly.
Transmit all necessary paperwork to corporate accurately. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner, resourceful, and able to prioritize effectively.
Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Motivated, hardworking, and committed to success.
Basic math skills and proficiency in computer use and technology.
