Manager CRM Strategy
Who you are:
5+ years CRM/marketing strategy experience with owned channels (email, SMS, etc.)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; experience using customer insights for action
Team leadership experience and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration What you'll do:
Lead CRM strategy and execution across lifecycle, triggered, and personalized communications to drive customer engagement and ROI.
Oversee cross-functional initiatives and agile POD implementation in support of the customer roadmap and strategic goals.
Track and optimize CRM performance through testing, measurement, and regular program updates. What's Next:

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
