Job Summary:

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring all third-party vendors meet company standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. This role manages the vendor onboarding process, oversees compliance audits, mitigates risk, and acts as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to enforce performance expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the vendor compliance program, including policies, procedures, and metrics.

• Oversee vendor onboarding and ensure collection of all required documentation (insurance certificates, W-9s, contracts, licenses, etc.).

• Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, etc.) to enforce compliance standards and address non-compliance issues.

• Maintain accurate records in compliance tracking systems and vendor management platforms.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding insurance compliance, ensuring all questions, documentation issues, and coverage concerns are addressed promptly and accurately

• Lead investigations into vendor breaches or compliance violations, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution.

• Prepare reports for leadership on vendor compliance status, trends, and risks.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, procurement, or contract administration.

• Strong understanding of risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and supplier vetting practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
