The primary objective of this role is to provide timely and accurate preparation of payroll, including wages, withholdings, and garnishments. Our ideal candidate will have relevant payroll processing experience.
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Collects and analyzes payroll data
• Process multiple and special payroll processes comply with all federal, state and local mandated payroll regulations
• Participates in year-end processing including the production of federal forms W-2 and 1042-S
• Performs ACA reporting and administration
• Initiates banking requests
• Participates in time reporting system i.e. Kronos maintenance including upgrades and implementations
• Provide excellent customer services to managers, employees, and agencies
• Look for areas of process improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or Relevant experience in payroll processing for at least 4 years equivalent
• 5 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with HRIS, preferably PeopleSoft or UKG
• Ability to work independently and with a team
Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000
Work Environment: Hybrid in Downtown Cleveland after on-site training period
